1. CONSULTATIONS

Consultations are non-refundable once completed, as medical services are delivered by a licensed healthcare provider.

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.

2. PRESCRIPTIONS & MEDICATIONS

Prescription medications:

• Are not refundable once dispensed
• Cannot be returned due to federal and state regulations

If medication is:

• Incorrect
• Damaged
• Not as prescribed

Please contact us immediately for resolution.

3. PROVIDER APPROVAL

If a licensed provider determines that treatment is not appropriate, you may be eligible for a refund of applicable consultation fees (if charged).

4. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

If subscription services are offered:

• You may cancel at any time
• Refunds are not provided for services already rendered

5. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If a service cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end:

• We may offer rescheduling or credit
