1. CONSULTATIONS

The $99 initial consultation fee is non-refundable. It is charged at booking and pays for provider time and medical eligibility review — not for a particular outcome. A prescription is never guaranteed.

If you enroll in Nuu Rx or Nuu Total during your visit, the $99 is credited in full toward your first month.

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.

2. PRESCRIPTIONS & MEDICATIONS

Prescription medications:

• Are not refundable once dispensed
• Cannot be returned due to federal and state regulations

If medication is:

• Incorrect
• Damaged
• Not as prescribed

Please contact us immediately for resolution.

3. PROVIDER APPROVAL

Eligibility for treatment is determined by a licensed provider at a clinical visit. A prescription is not guaranteed.

If a provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, the consultation fee remains non-refundable — the clinical evaluation was still performed. You receive a written clinical summary and a referral where indicated, and no monthly membership charge begins.

4. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Nuu Rx and Nuu Total are recurring memberships.

• You may cancel at any time by emailing support@nuumetabolic.com.
• Cancellation stops all future charges. Your membership stays active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and care continues during that time.
• Months already served are not refunded. Cancellation ends future billing; it does not reverse past charges.
• Please give as much notice as possible before your renewal date — ideally 30 days — so that refills and any dose changes can be planned safely.

Prepaid multi-month memberships

• Where a membership is prepaid for a set term, months not yet begun at the time of cancellation are refunded to the original payment method.
• Months already used are recalculated at the standard monthly rate ($149 Nuu Rx, $249 Nuu Total). Any prepayment discount applies only to a completed term.

Medication, labs, pharmacy fees, insurance copays, and prior-authorization costs are billed separately and are not refundable through Nuu Metabolic.

5. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If a service cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end:

• We may offer rescheduling or credit

6. REFUND REQUESTS

Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests for the Nuu GLP-1 Optimization Guide are handled under Section 8. Consultation fees are non-refundable as described in Sections 1 and 3.

• Initial consultation fees, including where no prescription is issued
• Dispensed medications
• Services already delivered
