1. NUU RX MEMBERSHIP

Nuu Rx is a $99 monthly membership for clinical services. It is billed on your enrollment date and on the same date each month after that.

Your membership includes medical eligibility review, prescription management when clinically appropriate, dose adjustments, refills, side-effect support, monthly digital check-ins, secure messaging, video visits when clinically necessary, and the Nuu GLP-1 Optimization Guide.

2. IF TREATMENT IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR YOU

Eligibility for treatment is determined by your clinician after reviewing your completed medical intake. A prescription is never guaranteed.

If your clinician determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, your first month’s membership payment is refunded in full and your membership is canceled. You will receive a written explanation through your secure patient portal, with a referral where indicated.

3. INCOMPLETE INTAKE

After enrolling, you will receive secure intake forms by email. If your intake is not completed within 7 days of enrollment, your membership is canceled and your payment is refunded in full.

4. CANCELLATION

• You may cancel at any time by emailing support@nuumetabolic.com.
• Cancellation stops all future charges. Your membership stays active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and care continues during that time.
• Payments for months in which clinical services were provided are not refunded.
• Please give as much notice as possible before your renewal date so that refills and any dose changes can be planned safely.

5. NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Medication, laboratory testing, pharmacy fees, and insurance copays are billed separately by the pharmacy, laboratory, or insurer and are not refundable through Nuu Metabolic.

One prior authorization submission per medication is included. Appeals and resubmissions are not included.

6. PRESCRIPTIONS & MEDICATIONS

Prescription medications are not refundable once dispensed and cannot be returned due to federal and state regulations. If medication is incorrect, damaged, or not as prescribed, please contact the dispensing pharmacy and email support@nuumetabolic.com right away.

7. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If a service cannot be completed due to a technical issue on our end, we will reschedule or credit your account.

8. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email support@nuumetabolic.com with your name, the date of your payment, and the reason for your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
