Do I need a video visit?
Usually not. Most care happens through secure intake and messaging. If Urooj needs to see you, she'll schedule a video visit at no extra cost.
What happens after I check my eligibility?
Urooj personally follows up within one business day to answer your questions. When you’re ready, you enroll through secure checkout and complete secure intake forms. She reviews your history and, if treatment is appropriate, writes your plan. If not, you’re fully refunded.
Is a prescription guaranteed?
No. Eligibility is a clinical decision. If treatment isn’t right for you, your payment is fully refunded.
Is medication included?
No. Medication and labs are billed separately by the pharmacy and lab. Your membership covers your clinical care.
Can I use insurance?
For medication, possibly. We submit one prior authorization per medication; appeals and resubmissions aren't included. The membership is self-pay.
Who is eligible?
Adults 18+ who are physically located in Illinois. Final eligibility is determined during clinical review.
Can I cancel?
