Billed separately: medication, lab testing, pharmacy fees, and insurance copays. Self-pay brand-name GLP-1s through manufacturer programs typically run about $149–$449/month depending on medication and dose, and some insurance plans cover them. Prior authorization appeals and resubmissions aren't included.

What if treatment isn't right for me?

Your first month's payment is refunded in full, with a written explanation from your clinician.

Can I cancel?

Do you accept insurance?

The membership is self-pay. For medication, some plans provide coverage; we submit one prior authorization per medication.
