How quickly will I see results?
Most patients notice reduced appetite within 1–2 weeks. Measurable weight changes typically begin around weeks 4–8 and continue across months 3–12. Results vary based on dose, individual response, and adherence to the nutrition and strength components of your plan.
Will I need to take GLP-1 medication indefinitely?
Possibly, possibly not. Some patients use GLP-1 therapy for 12–18 months to reach their goals, then transition off with a strong foundation in place. Others benefit from ongoing low-dose maintenance. We plan your trajectory together — not by default.
What are the most common side effects?
Nausea, mild GI upset, and occasional fatigue — most often during dose increases. These are managed with slower titration and timing strategies. Rare but serious risks are screened for and discussed at your first visit.
Is the prescription guaranteed?
